UNSTATED. provides a limited advertising-style service in which one brand may occup the entire homepage for a 24-hour period under specific creative restrictions.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you submit a request, receive approval, and book a day with UNSTATED.
ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATION
By submitting a request to go Unstated, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the brand identified in your request.
UNSTATED. may request additional information or evidence to verify your identity, your authority to represent the brand, or the legitimacy of the request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a date. UNSTATED. reserves the right to accept or reject requests at its discretion.
THE UNSTATED. SERVICE
If a request is accepted and a booking is confirmed, the brand will be featured on the UNSTATED. homepage for one 24-hour period on the agreed date.
The feature consists exclusively of the brand name displayed in UNSTATED.'s standard typography and visual format.
No logo, brand colors, slogan, campaign message, product, image, video, link, call to action or other promotional content may be included.
The appearance, layout and presentation of the homepage remain under the creative control of UNSTATED.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
If your request is accepted, UNSTATED. will contact you with confirmation of availability and instructions to complete your booking.
A booking is not confirmed until the applicable payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by UNSTATED.
Prices are those communicated at the time of booking and may change for future bookings. Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Each confirmed booking applies to one brand and one 24-hour period only.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel or request a change to a confirmed booking, you must contact UNSTATED. as soon as possible.
Requests to change a confirmed date are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If UNSTATED. is unable to provide the confirmed 24-hour feature for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative available date or a refund of the amount paid.
Any other cancellation or refund conditions applicable to your booking will be communicated before payment is completed.
BRAND NAME AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By completing a booking, you grant UNSTATED. a limited, non-exclusive right to display the brand name for the purpose of providing the booked service.
You confirm that you have the necessary authority and rights to authorize this use of the brand name.
All trademarks, brand names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. A booking does not transfer any ownership rights to UNSTATED.
UNSTATED. retains all rights in its own name, concept, website design, typography, copy and other original materials.
CONTENT AND BRAND RESTRICTIONS
UNSTATED. reserves the right to reject or cancel a booking where the requested brand name, requester or intended use is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, unauthorized or otherwise incompatible with the service.
UNSTATED. may also refuse requests that could reasonably create confusion about the identity, ownership, sponsorship or endorsement of UNSTATED.
If concerns arise regarding authorization or the legitimate use of a brand name, UNSTATED. may request additional verification before confirming or providing the service.
Nothing in a booking gives a brand the right to control, modify or override the creative rules of the UNSTATED. concept.
AVAILABILITY AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
UNSTATED. aims to make each confirmed brand feature available for the agreed 24-hour period.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, hosting or infrastructure failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a significant interruption prevents UNSTATED. from substantially providing a confirmed booking, we will reasonably seek to provide an appropriate solution, which may include extending the feature, offering an alternative available date or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
UNSTATED. does not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or error at all times.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UNSTATED. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or the service.
UNSTATED. does not guarantee any particular level of exposure, traffic, engagement, publicity, sales or other commercial result from a booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the website, requests and bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the website or submitting a request, you acknowledge that you have been provided with information about how UNSTATED. processes personal information.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
UNSTATED. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the service, our practices or applicable requirements.
The version applicable to a confirmed booking will be the version made available to you at the time the booking is completed.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.
